There, in addition to music, he learned a second trade: concentrating grape must over an open fire, running it through small wooden barrels\u2014and letting time do the most important part of the work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pbu-lead\" style=\"margin-top:16px;\">He brought this knowledge to Austria. Today, his son Mario runs the manufactory at <span translate=\"no\">\u00d6lberg<\/span> in Klosterneuburg, and with grandchildren <span translate=\"no\">Oscar<\/span> is already the third generation in the <span translate=\"no\">Acetaia<\/span>.
