Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them has taken possession of the goods.

Return Policy

Returns are only possible for new, unopened, and unused products. Products that have already been opened, consumed, or damaged are excluded from returns. Returns are accepted for both defective and faultless goods.

Return

The return will be made by post at the customer's expense and risk. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the return. A restocking fee of EUR 6.00 will be charged for each return, which will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange

An exchange for another product is possible. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Reimbursement

The purchase price will be refunded within 6 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made to the originally used payment method. The restocking fee will be retained.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded. This particularly applies to opened food and beverages.
